90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty
At RepairUs, we stand behind the quality of our work. That’s why we offer a 90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty on eligible repairs.
If the same issue reoccurs within 90 days of the original repair, our technician will return to inspect the equipment at no additional charge. If the problem is directly related to the original repair or replacement part, we will repair it free of charge.
Should the equipment experience a similar symptom caused by a different component or unrelated issue, the repair will be treated as a new service and priced accordingly.
How to Request Warranty Service
To submit a warranty claim, please download, complete, and sign the warranty request form. Once submitted through our online form, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an inspection.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty coverage is limited to parts supplied and installed by RepairUs.
Warranty does not cover failures caused by unrelated components or system issues.
Warranty does not cover clogged drains, filters, lines, or other blockages.
Warranty is void if damage results from misuse, neglect, improper operation, or unauthorized repairs.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by foreign objects entering motors, pumps, fans, compressors, or other mechanical components.
Warranty coverage expires 90 days after the original repair date.
Warranty service is available only for the original repair location and equipment serviced by RepairUs.
